Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Northampton
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer with a strong background in CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarms? We are looking for a skilled professional to carry out service and maintenance on a variety of Fire and Security systems in and around the Northampton area. If you have experience working with industry-standard systems such as Hikvision, Paxton, Gent, Advanced, and Kentec, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintain Fire and Security systems, including CCTV (Hikvision), Access Control (Pac, Paxton), and Fire Alarms (Gent, Advanced, Kentec).
- Work across a variety of systems, ensuring all installations are maintained to the highest standards.
- Provide ongoing support for routine service, fault finding, and remedial works as required.
Experience required:

Minimum 5 years experience working on Fire and Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarms.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (beneficial but not essential).
- IPAF (bonus).
- G4S vetting completed (essential).
- Hand tools for installation and maintenance.
- Power tools for fault finding and repairs.
- Battery testers, fire test equipment, and steps for site access.
