Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: North East London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in North East London? We need you to carry out service and maintenance works across council, retail, and healthcare sites, supporting a range of fire and security systems.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Completing scheduled service and maintenance visits for end customers
- Working across sites including Councils, NHS, Vodafone and Co-Ops
- Servicing addressable and conventional fire alarm systems (essential)
- Maintaining and fault-finding on:
- CCTV (IP/Analogue – beneficial)
- Intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic – beneficial)
- Access control (Paxton, PAC Net2 – beneficial)
Experience required:
- 5+ years’ experience in fire and security servicing
- Strong fire alarm background essential
- Comfortable working independently across various commercial environments
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting must be in progress
- Hand tools, drill, ladders, steps, PPE
- Laptop and fire test equipment
- Android phone or tablet required (for CASH app)
