Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: NN, MK, LU postcodes and surrounding areas
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer with strong PPM and maintenance experience? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing across fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and emergency lighting systems throughout NN, MK, LU, and surrounding areas.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out PPMs and maintenance across fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder, and emergency lighting systems
- Work on fire alarm panels including Advanced, Haes, Notifier, and Gent
- Maintain and service CCTV (IP and analogue – Hikvision), intruder (Galaxy, Premier, Menvier, Texecom), and access control (Paxton)
- Complete a minimum of 5 PPMs per day
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security servicing and maintenance
- Proven background across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control
- Competence working on both addressable and conventional systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- Any additional fire qualifications (beneficial)
- Hand tools and drills
- Fire test equipment
- Steps and ladders
- Full PPE
- Android phone or tablet (for electronic dockets – essential)
