Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Maidstone
Rate: £240 p/day + mileage and expenses
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems across Job Centre sites in the Maidstone area. This role requires a versatile and self-sufficient engineer with strong technical and diagnostic skills, capable of working independently across multiple system types.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across the assigned Job Centre sites

Service, inspect, and maintain fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems

Identify and resolve faults efficiently to maintain system reliability

Complete service reports accurately and on time

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on site
Experience required:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fire and Security service and maintenance

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently on multi-discipline systems

Excellent communication and time management skills
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

ECS/CSCS Card
-
Full UK Driving Licence
