Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: M62 Corridor
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer with a strong background in Fire, CCTV, Access, and Intruder systems? We are seeking a Fire and Security Service Engineer to work across the M62 Corridor, carrying out service, maintenance, and remedial works on a variety of systems. The role will involve working on retail premises and care homes, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant with industry standards.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out service and maintenance on Fire alarms (Advanced, Kentec, C-tec), Intruder alarms (Galaxy), and CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua)
- May involve some remedial works to ensure systems are up to standard
- Work primarily on retail premises and care homes
- Ensure all systems are operational and compliant with the relevant fire and security regulations
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fire, CCTV, Access, and Intruder systems
- Experience with Advanced, Kentec, C-tec, Galaxy, Hikvision, and Dahua systems is highly beneficial
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (beneficial)
- Hand tools
- Power tools
- Test equipment for fire and security systems
- Steps, ladders, safety boots, hard hat, and goggles for on-site safety
