Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer with experience across London (North of the river)? We are seeking an engineer to perform service and maintenance on addressable and conventional fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and emergency lighting. The role will cover multiple sites across London.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Fire Alarms: Advanced, Haes, Notifier, Gent.
- CCTV: IP and analogue - Hikvision.
- Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Premier, Menvier, Texecom.
- Access Control: Paxton.
- Complete a minimum of 5 PPMs a day.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- DBS essential.
- BS7858 to be started.
- Fire qualifications beneficial.
- Contractors must provide hand tools, fire test equipment, drills, steps, ladders, full PPE, and an Android phone/tablet to complete electronic dockets.
