Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to carry out servicing and maintenance on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms across both domestic and commercial sites in Lincoln, Grantfen, and Leicestershire. The role will involve routine inspections, fault finding, and carrying out necessary repairs.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Conduct maintenance and service on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Report all completed works and raise any issues to the project manager
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fire and Security maintenance
- Strong experience with fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS card beneficial (not essential)
