Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for a dynamic and varied role across multiple systems? We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to carry out service and maintenance work across various systems in Glasgow and surrounding areas.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Access Control (40% of work): CEM, Paxton, Honeywell, Winpak, Pac.
- Intruder (10% of work): Galaxy, Texacom.
- Fire Systems (25% of work): A mix of conventional and addressable systems (Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec).
- CCTV Systems (25% of work): Pelco, Axis, Samsung, Hikvision, Milestone.
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all systems listed, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting when necessary.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across the listed technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with the listed systems is essential.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS Cards (beneficial).
- IPAF (beneficial).
- Hand tools, Power tools, Fire test equipment, Android device/smartphone for reporting.
- Ian Kerr certification (TBC).
