Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Brighton
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? We’re hiring a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a team, providing service and maintenance on a range of security systems, including CCTV, Intruder alarms, Access Control, and Fire alarms. This role will be primarily based in Brighton and surrounding areas, with a focus on major clients including Councils, Vodafone, NHS, and Co-Ops.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and fault finding on Fire alarms (addressable and conventional), CCTV systems (IP/Analogue), Intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic), and Access Control systems (Paxton, Pac Net2).
- Majority of work will take place in Brighton and surrounding areas, serving both commercial and residential clients.
- Full service and maintenance coverage, including Android app usage for reporting via the CASH app.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Fire and Security service and maintenance.
- Strong experience working on Fire alarms (addressable and conventional), CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder alarm systems.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting (Started).
- Hand tools, drill, steps, PPE, ladders, laptop.
- Fire test equipment.
- Android phone/tablet for downloading the CASH app (Essential).
