Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Brighton
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to carry out service and maintenance on a variety of systems, including Fire alarms, Access Control, Intruder alarms, and CCTV across sites in Brighton and surrounding regions. The role will involve working on Council sites, Vodafone, NHS, and Co-Op properties.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintain CCTV (IP/Analogue systems), Intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic), Access Control (Paxton, Pac Net2), and Fire alarms (Addressable and conventional)
- Work will be primarily across Council sites, Vodafone, NHS, and Co-Op properties
- Complete necessary service calls for the end customer, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant with safety standards
- Majority of the works will be around Brighton and surrounding areas
Experience required:
- 5+ years experience in Fire and Security service and maintenance
- Experience with Fire alarms (Addressable and Conventional), Intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic), CCTV (IP/Analogue), and Access Control (Paxton, Pac Net2) is beneficial
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting must have started (essential)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Fire test equipment
- Android phone or tablet (to download the CASH app)
- Steps, ladders, PPE, and laptop
