Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Bournemouth, Southampton and surrounding areas
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based around Bournemouth or Southampton? We need you to carry out service and maintenance works across commercial and retail sites, working on a range of fire and security systems.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Routine servicing and maintenance of:
- Fire alarm systems (PPMs and PMVs)
- CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
- Intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texecom)
- Access control systems
- Working independently across commercial and retail properties
- Daily submission of dockets to clients as proof of completed works
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security servicing
- Strong multi-discipline background (fire, intruder, CCTV, access control)
- Reliable and able to complete works independently with clear documentation
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No formal qualifications required
- Hand tools, power drills, steps, ladders, full PPE
- Android device (tablet or phone) for client reporting
