Technical Resources are on the hunt for an experienced Fire and Security Sales Manager to join a team on the South Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to shape and grow a team while developing strategies to drive business success in a growing industry. As a Fire and Security Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development strategy, focusing on customer relationships, client acquisition, and growing the business organically to meet the objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercially viable strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to create detailed business plans that align with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and third parties to drive business success.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales and Business Development team to exceed targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity across the business.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership team to maximise opportunities and drive quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks.
  • Report directly to the CEO and lead Sales Surveyors and Key Account Managers.
  • Oversee customer communication, client acquisition, and improve the commercial processes.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar commercial role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and commercial skills, with experience managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, sales tactics, finance, and market conditions.
  • Knowledge of performance reporting, financial processes, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to implement business growth strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
