Role: Fire and Security Regional Manager
Location: London
Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 per annum + London Weighting + Company Car + Bonus
Technical Resources are seeking a Fire and Security Regional Manager to join a team in London. This is a leadership role where you'll support the Engineering Manager and be the key link between Line Managers and Senior Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the regional training matrix, ensuring it’s up to date and aligned with the regional skill requirements.
- Manage the regional training plan to close skills gaps in the workforce.
- Run the open calls process for the region, ensuring control over Work In Hand (WIH).
- Review docket quality and provide feedback to engineers where appropriate.
- Hold weekly and daily cadence calls with the REM to ensure the region stays on track.
- Ensure the daily work stack report is completed.
- Oversee the costed overtime process, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Strong management skills with a focus on training and development.
- Working knowledge of current fire & security standards and codes of practice.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a flexible environment.
- Ability to assess and manage technical risks.
- No specific certifications required, but experience in management and Fire & Security systems is essential.
- Strong proficiency with reports, data management, and training oversight.
