Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Pension + Healthcare Coverage
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled project manager with a strong background in the security industry to lead a dynamic team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the work of engineers and subcontractors on multiple sites
- Conduct site surveys and provide quotations when necessary
- Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success
- Participate in regular team meetings with management
- Attend site meetings with clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve concerns
- Coordinate and arrange materials and tools required for site activities
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the security industry
- Background as a Security Engineer, with experience progressing through the ranks
- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
