Are you an experienced Project Manager within the Fire and Security industry, looking for your next opportunity in Scotland? Technical Resources is pleased to be working with one of the UK’s largest facilities management companies, who have a strong and growing Fire and Security division. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Fire and Security Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region.
Responsibilities :

Manage Fire and Security projects from initial scope through to completion.

Oversee multiple projects at any one time, with values up to £200,000.

Take ownership of project P&L, ensuring financial and operational targets are achieved.

Manage engineering resources and sub-contract labour effectively.

Produce quotations, estimates, and project documentation.

Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Small Works Manager within Fire and Security.

Strong technical understanding of Fire Alarms and/or Security Systems (Fire background advantageous but not essential).

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Full UK Driving Licence required.
