Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager based in the North West. We’re working with a well-established, BAFE-accredited Fire & Security provider who are expanding their team due to several major contract wins. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish, with strong growth potential in a thriving business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of fire and security projects
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, up to £400,000 in value
- Take full ownership of project P&L
- Manage engineering resource and sub-contract labour
- Handle procurement of parts, equipment, and site materials
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fire, security, or telecoms
- Strong technical background in CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
- Experience with fire alarm systems beneficial but not essential
- Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing field-based teams
