Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car or Allowance + Bonus
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Project Manager based in London? You will lead multiple fire and security projects across the capital, overseeing delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple fire and security projects simultaneously
- Take full responsibility for project profit and loss
- Manage material procurement, labour, and on-site operations
- Conduct regular site visits for monitoring and quality assurance
- Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, budgets, and risks
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience managing fire and security projects
- Strong commercial awareness and financial control
- Effective client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Technical understanding of fire and security systems (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence required
