Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: Central Belt
Salary: £45,000 - £55,00 per annum + Bonus
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Project Manager in the Central Belt area. Due to a number of recent contract wins, we need you to oversee high-value installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within an established and reputable Fire & Security provider.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management from scope through to completion
- Simultaneous management of multiple fire and security projects (up to £400,000 each)
- Full responsibility for project P&L
- Management of internal engineers and subcontractors
- Procurement of parts, equipment, and labour
- Ensure project documentation is completed and up to date
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fire, Security or Telecoms
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control
- Fire alarm experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisation, leadership, and commercial management skills
