Job Title: Fire and Security Installation Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Installation Engineer based in Sheffield? We’re recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Installation Engineer to carry out first and second fix works on a project involving new fire alarm and intruder alarm installations.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix works on fire and intruder alarm systems
- Installation of two new Alarmsense 2-wire fire alarm systems
- Installation of a Galaxy Grade 2 intruder alarm system
- Working to specification on a commercial site
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fire and security installations
- Experience with Alarmsense and Galaxy systems
- Competent with full system installs and structured cable runs
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (essential)
- IPAF (beneficial)
- Hand tools, power tools, PPE, steps
