Job Title: Fire and Security Installation Engineer
Location: Country Durham
Rate: £220 p/day
We are looking for a Fire and Security Installation Engineer to install fire alarm systems in County Durham. The systems will mostly be cabled, and the engineers will be required to complete 2nd fix work on the fire alarms. The system in use is Kentec with Apollo devices.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Install and 2nd fix fire alarm systems.
- Work on Kentec fire alarm panels with Apollo devices.
- The system is primarily cabled, you will be required to complete the 2nd fix.
Experience required:

Extensive experience in fire and security engineering, specifically with fire alarm installations.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card.
- IPAF.
- Hand tools.
- Power tools.
- Stepladders.
- Full PPE (supplied by contractor).
