: Fire and Security Engineering Manager

£45,000 Basic + Car or Allowance
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager? This pivotal role will oversee all engineering operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and administrative staff, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
- Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure efficient resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance management.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in a Fire & Security management role (Service, Projects, or combined).
- Strong knowledge of fire detection, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- ECS/CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
