: Fire and Security Design Engineer

Salary:
£40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Design Engineer or a Senior Engineer looking for a new opportunity? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected, NSI-Gold accredited fire and security company with over 25 years’ experience delivering bespoke design, installation and support solutions across major construction and data centre projects.
Responsibilities :
- Progress sales enquiries and tender requirements in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
- Conduct site surveys to assess design requirements and ensure technical accuracy.
- Design fire, security, and integrated building systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with company standards and deadlines.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant technical and regulatory standards.
- Review and update system designs following client specification changes.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Strong working knowledge of fire and security systems and their limitations.
- Experience in reading and producing specifications and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
