Role: Fire Alarm Service Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Manager to oversee London operations. This role offers a mix of office, site, and home-based work, giving you the flexibility to manage a growing team and ensure excellent service delivery for fire alarm systems across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15 Fire Alarm Engineers and supporting office staff
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution
- Attend site and client meetings, representing the company professionally within the Data Centre and Commercial sectors
- Lead the recruitment of Engineers and Sub-Contractors as needed
- Consolidate operational data and prepare reports for Directors
- Operate flexibly across home, office, and site environments to meet operational needs
Experience and Certifications Required:
- FIA qualifications (essential)
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor within the fire alarm sector
- Strong technical background with fire alarm systems
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with Data Centre and Commercial clients (advantageous)
