Rate: £230 p/day + 30p per mile+ expenses

You will be responsible for routine service and maintenance, as well as fault finding on Fire alarms, Fire extinguishers, and Emergency lighting across TW postcodes. Description of contract/programme of works:

Service, maintenance, and fault finding of Fire Alarm systems

Routine servicing of Fire extinguishers and Emergency lighting

Complete 3-hour emergency light testing as part of scheduled maintenance

Operate across care homes and commercial buildings

Work on a variety of industry-standard fire alarm panels
Experience required:
-
Strong background in servicing Fire Alarm systems
-
Experience with Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting

Previous work in commercial or care environments desirable
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
-
ECS/CSCS Certification (or email proof of renewal in progress)

Full set of hand tools and termination tools
