Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Reading/Slough
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Service Engineer with strong maintenance experience? As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry out servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, AOVs, and emergency lighting across sites in Reading, Slough, and the surrounding areas.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Routine service and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and AOV systems
- Complete remedial works as required
- Carry out non-technical checks to ensure compliance and functionality
- Deliver works to site and safety standards
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fire alarm servicing and maintenance
- Strong competence across fire alarms, emergency lighting, and AOV systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Fire test equipment
- Full PPE
