Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Oxford
Rate: £220 p/day
We are looking for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing across multiple social housing sites in the East Oxford area. This is a long-term contract role for an experienced engineer with a solid background in life safety systems.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carrying out PPMs on fire alarm systems
- Servicing emergency lighting and AOV systems
- Sites are all within the social housing sector
- Daily job reporting and fault identification
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with fire alarms (addressable and conventional)
- Confident working independently and across multiple sites
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Basic DBS (beneficial)
- ECS/CSCS (preferred)
- Hand tools, power tools, Solo test kit
- Full PPE
