Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: South London and Kent
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer position working in South London and Kent? As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry out servicing and remedial works on Fire Alarms, Warden Call systems, Door Entry, and Emergency Lighting. You will be working for a specialist contractor delivering fire safety solutions across multiple sites.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Servicing and remedial works on Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, and Warden Call systems
- Working on both addressable and conventional systems
- Mobile role covering multiple sites across South London and Kent
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Strong experience with fire alarm servicing and maintenance
- Familiarity with warden call and emergency lighting systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- FIA Units 1 & 4 – preferable
- ECS card – preferable
- Own hand tools, test metres, smoke poles, battery testers
- Full PPE and access equipment (steps and ladders)
- Android smartphone
