Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Service Engineer with experience working on social housing contracts? We’re looking for a dependable individual to carry out servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems across multiple residential sites in London.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Planned maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
- Work across social housing properties
- Using JobLogic on iPhone or Android for reporting and scheduling
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire alarm service and maintenance
- Social housing experience preferred
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- FIA units (beneficial)
- Hand tools, power tools, fire test equipment, steps, ladders
- Full PPE (T-shirt provided on-site)
