Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Exeter, Taunton, and Bristol
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer with knowledge of extinguishers and emergency lighting? We are recruiting for an engineer to carry out faults, servicing, and maintenance works across fire alarms, emergency lighting, and extinguishers.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire alarm panels
- Servicing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- Servicing and maintenance of fire extinguishers
- Fault-finding and remedial works as required
- Covering sites across Exeter, Taunton, and Bristol
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ fire alarm industry experience
- Strong servicing background across fire alarms, emergency lighting, and extinguishers
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS – Beneficial
- BAFE or IFEDA registration (for extinguishers) – Beneficial
- Hand tools and power tools – Essential
- Fire test equipment – Essential
- Steps and ladders – Essential
- Full PPE – Essential
