Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and North London
Rate: £220 p/day
We are looking for experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to carry out routine service, maintenance, and fault finding on fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting across care homes and commercial premises in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and North London.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out routine service and fault finding on fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting
- Test emergency lighting for a minimum of 3 hours per site
- Work across care homes and commercial premises with a variety of industry-standard fire alarm panels
- Ensuring all equipment is serviced to the highest standards and in compliance with regulations
Experience required:
- Experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify faults across different systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (desirable)
- Relevant fire safety qualifications (desirable but not required)
- Hand tools
- Power tools
- Fire test equipment
