£38,000 to £42,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire Alarm Senior Engineer position? As a Fire Alarm Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across commercial and industrial sites. You will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality fire alarm projects, ensuring all work meets current standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead installation, commissioning, and servicing of fire alarm systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure all work complies with BS5839 and project documentation.
- Carry out fault-finding, testing, and client demonstrations.
- Coordinate with project and site management teams to meet deadlines.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience working as a Senior or Lead Fire Alarm Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, including both addressable and conventional.
- Experience with systems such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Morley, or Notifier.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver work to high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent fault-finding and commissioning skills.
