£55,000 to £58,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of fire safety installation and commissioning projects across London. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced individual who can balance strategic oversight with on-site delivery, ensuring all works meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple fire alarm installation projects across London.

Provide occasional on-site support to assist engineers during critical project stages.

Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for all works.

Monitor project progress through site inspections, reporting, and performance reviews .

Manage procurement activities, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.

Attend and lead client meetings (on-site and virtual) to ensure seamless communication.

Support team growth through recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in fire alarm system installation and commissioning .

Strong track record in project management within fire safety, M&E, or construction sectors.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to work across multiple sites with occasional hands-on involvement.

Full UK Driving Licence – essential.

Experience within data centres and familiarity with water mist and gas suppression systems – beneficial.

Competent with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools .
