£28,000 to £36,000 per annum
Are you a skilled Fire Alarm PPM Engineer looking to join a well-established and growing fire and security business? As a Fire Alarm PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance, testing, and minor repairs on a range of fire detection systems across commercial, residential, and public sector sites. Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple fire and security installation projects across commercial and construction environments.
- Lead installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Oversee project planning, programming, and cost control.
- Identify and resolve project blockers and technical issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attending meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and contractual obligations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within large-scale fire alarm or security projects.
- Proven understanding of project management principles and cause-and-effect logic on complex systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- SMSTS and ECS certification.
