Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
Location: Ipswich
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer with experience in commercial environments? You will be expected to carry out installation works on an internal commercial project, completing the remaining phases of a fire alarm system upgrade. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering addressable fire alarm installations to specification.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Convert an existing AlarmSense system to an addressable C-Tec system
- Complete installation works on the basement and 2nd floor (ground and 1st floors already complete)
- Install detectors, bases, cable clips, and glands (materials supplied on site)
- Internal commercial site on a high street location
Experience required:
- Previous fire alarm installation experience preferred
- Ability to work on commercial premises and deliver to specification
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS Card (beneficial)
- Standard hand tools
- Drill
- PPE
