Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer with experience in open protocol systems? As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be expected to carry out 2nd fix works, adding devices to an existing system on a B&Q site in Glasgow. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering fire alarm installations to a high standard.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 2nd fix installation of fire alarm devices
- Work on Advanced and Apollo open protocol systems
- Deliver installation works to specification and site safety standards
Experience required:
- Competence in open protocol fire alarm installations
- Previous experience in 2nd fix fire alarm works
- Experience with Advanced and Apollo systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- IPAF (essential – working on a scissor lift)
- ECS Card (preferred)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Full PPE
