Are you a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer looking for a new opportunity? As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and testing of fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites. You’ll be joining a leading specialist contractor delivering high-quality fire and security projects nationwide.
Responsibilities :
- Installation of fire alarm systems to BS5839 standards.
- 1st and 2nd fix cabling, containment, and device installation.
- Work closely with site supervisors and commissioning teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Adhere to site health and safety requirements at all times.
- Complete installation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience installing fire alarm systems.
- Experience with conventional and addressable systems (e.g., Advanced, C-Tec, Kentec, Gent, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
