£32,000 to £40,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to support a leading fire and life safety specialist on commercial installation projects. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable business delivering high-quality installation and commissioning of fire detection systems to BS 5839 standards.
Responsibilities :
- Install and commission addressable and conventional fire alarm systems to BS 5839 standards.
- Complete containment, cabling, terminations, and device installation to a high standard.
- Work from drawings, schematics, and site plans to deliver accurate installations.
- Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Complete system testing, fault-finding, and handover documentation.
- Maintain a high level of health & safety compliance on all works.
- Represent the company professionally while working on client sites.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- ECS or CSCS Card.
- FIA or manufacturer-specific training.
- Full PPE.
- Own hand and power tools.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
