Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm General Manager based in Buckinghamshire looking for the opportunity to lead, grow, and shape a high-performing fire protection business? As a Fire Alarm General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for operational performance, strategic growth, and service excellence across fire alarm installation, commissioning, and maintenance. You’ll be working for a well-established, internationally recognised fire protection provider with an outstanding reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive growth
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulations, and fire safety legislation
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, accounting, and P&L
  • Lead, mentor, and develop fire alarm engineers and operational support teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Oversee project delivery from conception through to completion and certification
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all operations

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within fire protection or a related industry
  • In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management capability
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects and long-term client relationships
