Job Title: Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £310 p/day
We are seeking a Fire Alarm Engineer to work on an upgrade of fire detection systems at a large public site in London. The Fire Alarm Engineer will be responsible for conducting a full conditional survey of the existing Notifier system, taking full panel downloads from five Notifier panels, listing all faults and isolations, and working alongside a site engineer to extract information and assess the system's health.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Undertake a full conditional survey of the existing Notifier fire detection system
- Perform full panel downloads from five Notifier ID3000 panels
- List all faults and isolations on the system
- Work alongside the site engineer to extract relevant information to assess system health
- Assist in upgrading the fire detection system and ensuring all necessary actions are documented
Experience required:
- Experience in commissioning and fault finding on Notifier fire alarm systems
- Proficiency with Notifier ID3000 software
- Previous experience working on large-scale public or commercial fire detection systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (Essential)
- Laptop and Notifier software
- Full PPE (to be supplied by contractor)
