Job Title: Field Engineers
Location: Newcastle, Donnington and Manchester
Rate: £170 p/day
Are you a Field Engineer with experience supporting EPOS or payment systems? We're looking for reliable engineers to support the deployment and maintenance of payment devices across busy live events in Newcastle, Donnington and Manchester. This is a hands-on role that involves basic install, testing, and technical support for traders during a festival.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installing and distributing card payment devices to traders on site
- Connecting devices to the network and performing basic setup and testing
- Supporting traders throughout the event with any device or screen issues
- Replacing batteries and escalating unresolved issues to the on-site Project Manager
Experience required:
- Basic understanding of POS/EPOS systems
- Confident communicating with traders and non-technical users
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS (beneficial)
- Tooling TBC
- Full PPE
