Job Title: Fibre Splicer
Location: London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fibre Splicer with experience terminating and testing OM4 multimode fibre? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fibre Splicer in London to carry out termination and testing of 4-core OM4 multimode fibre across field locations and comms cabinets. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, reliability, and an understanding of structured fibre networks.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Terminate and test 4-core OM4 multimode fibre
- Work across both field locations and cabinets
- Ensure installations meet quality and testing standards
Experience required:
- Strong experience terminating and testing OM4 multimode fibre
- Confident using splicing and testing equipment in live environments
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Fibre splicing kit and standard hand tools
- Full PPE
