Job Title: Fibre Splicer
Location: Bristol
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fibre Splicer ready to take on a new challenge in Bristol? Technical Resources are seeking a Fibre Splicer to join a growing team for an exciting project involving OM4 8-core fibre installation.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Splicing OM4 8-core fibre to ensure efficient and reliable connections.
- Terminating fibre cables and performing high-quality fibre optic splicing and testing.
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working on-site.
Experience required:
- Experience with OM4 fibre and fibre splicing techniques.
- Strong technical skills related to fibre optic installations.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS Card (Essential).
- Previous experience in fibre splicing roles (Beneficial but not essential).
- Standard hand tools.
- Fibre splicing tools.
- Full PPE
