: Facade Engineer - Fire Safety (Cladding)

London & Scotland (2 roles)
Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Are you an ambitious Facade Engineer with experience in cladding and fire safety? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist consultancy delivering high-profile façade and cladding remediation projects where fire safety and compliance are critical.
Responsibilities :

Provide technical design and review of façades and cladding systems from a fire safety perspective.

Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, developers, and contractors.

Deliver fire engineering input on cladding remediation and façade compliance programmes.

Carry out safety inspections, risk assessments, and produce detailed technical reports.

Ensure design compliance in line with current UK fire safety regulations.
Experience and Certifications Required:

CADE qualification with Level 4–5 fire safety qualification (essential).

Strong technical knowledge of cladding and facade systems relating to fire safety.

Previous experience working on facade or cladding projects.
-
Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
-
Ability to liaise effectively with contractors, developers, and regulatory bodies.
