We are seeking an experienced and reliable Engineer to join our growing team, specialising in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Door Entry, Access Control, and CCTV systems. The successful candidate will work across residential, commercial, and public sector sites, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities :

Install, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of:
-
Door Entry Systems – e.g., BPT, Videx, Comelit, Fermax, Entrotec
-
Access Control Systems – e.g., Paxton, PAC, TDSi, Salto
-
CCTV Systems – IP & analogue (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon)

Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial repairs on installed systems

Carry out upgrades and small works on existing installations

Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics

Complete site reports, job sheets, and ensure proper documentation is submitted

Work safely and in compliance with health & safety standards and relevant regulations

Communicate professionally with clients, tenants , and site managers

Participate in an on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs as required
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with door entry, access control, and CCTV systems
-
Proven knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV systems, installation, and setup
-
Experience working in residential, commercial, and/or public sector environments
-
Good understanding of system wiring, commissioning, and configuration
-
Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable working to deadlines and maintaining detailed documentation
