: Door Entry / Warden Call Engineer

£32,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Door Entry / Warden Call Engineer to join our team, delivering installation, servicing, and maintenance works across residential and commercial sites. This role requires technical proficiency in low-voltage life safety and security systems, as well as a professional approach to client interaction and site conduct.
Responsibilities :

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive fault-finding

Carry out diagnostics and minor remedial works or system upgrades

Complete system upgrades or partial rewires when required

Complete job sheets, reports, and compliance records via mobile/tablet software

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations (H&S, Data Protection, etc.)

Liaise with clients, residents, and site personnel in a professional and courteous manner
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience working on:

Door entry and intercom systems
-
Warden call systems
-
Access control systems
-

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

Basic knowledge of IP/networked systems (beneficial)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Capable of working independently or within a team
