As a Warden Call and Door Entry Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of warden call and door entry systems across residential and commercial buildings. Your work plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and effective communication for residents and building managers.
Responsibilities :

Install, service, maintain, and repair warden call and door entry systems across multiple sites

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to promptly resolve system issues

Test and commission new installations ensuring full functionality and compliance with manufacturer standards

Provide technical support and training to end users and site managers

Conduct routine preventative maintenance visits to minimise downtime and system failures

Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and site supervisors

Maintain accurate service records, complete job sheets, and update system documentation

Adhere to company health and safety policies and safe working procedures

Collaborate with other engineers and project teams when required
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing warden call and door entry systems

Strong understanding of electrical wiring, system configuration, and fault-finding techniques

Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritise effectively

Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members

Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
