We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Security Systems Engineer to join our growing team, working across a variety of commercial and residential sites. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding of door entry, access control, and CCTV systems, ensuring all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities :

Install and commission door entry and intercom systems (audio/video)

Maintain and service access control systems (standalone and networked)

Install, service, and fault-find IP and analogue CCTV systems
-
Carry out cabling, containment, and termination of system components
-
Diagnose faults, replace hardware, and perform system configuration onsite

Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and main contractors
-
Provide detailed reports, complete job sheets, and update client portals
-
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, RAMS, and installation standards
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience working on:
-
Door Entry Systems (BPT, Comelit, Videx, Fermax)
-
Access Control (Paxton, HID, ACT, Salto, etc.)
-
CCTV Systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Avigilon)
-
-
Confident in fault-finding, installation, programming, and basic network configuration
-
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and interpret layout plans
-
Understanding of PoE, IP-based devices, and network topologies – beneficial
-
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
-
Self-motivated and able to manage own workload and site coordination
