Role: EMEA Project Engineer
Location: EMEA (70% travel away)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Senior Engineer or Project Engineer to join a dynamic team and travel across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who is passionate about travelling and gaining international exposure, while leading and managing high-profile installation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams on various installation projects, ranging from small to large, with minimal supervision
- Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring high standards and project timelines are met
- Frequent communication with clients to update on progress and resolve any issues
- Install and maintain equipment at both local and global levels
- Program and install head-end equipment for Access Control and CCTV systems
- Lead the on-site commissioning and testing of systems
- Create daily reports on project progress and updates
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Integrate IDS, CCTV, and ACS systems as part of the installation process
- Guide and mentor technicians to ensure smooth project execution
Experience and Certifications Required:
- 5+ years’ technical experience with enterprise-level systems
- Strong knowledge of C-Cure (Access Control systems)
- Willingness to stay away for long periods (sometimes 6-8 weeks at a time)
- Experience in programming, installation, and commissioning security systems (Access Control, CCTV)
