Role: Embedded Security Service Engineer
Location: Munich
Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 per annum
We’re looking for an Embedded Security Service Engineer to join an industry-leading, global security systems integrator. This is an exciting chance to work on high-end CCTV and Access Control systems across multiple corporate sites, providing top-notch service and maintenance in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain CCTV and Access Control systems, with a focus on Lenel and Milestone platforms (experience is essential, certification beneficial).
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM), diagnose faults, and carry out repairs across five closely located corporate sites in Munich.
- Respond promptly to service tickets, ensuring issues are swiftly resolved.
- Proactively identify potential system issues before they escalate.
- Ensure all service activities adhere to strict corporate standards and protocols.
- No programming or commissioning work is required for this role.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Security Service Engineer.
- Demonstrable experience working with Lenel and Milestone systems (certification advantageous).
- Previous experience working within a corporate environment is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites efficiently.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends if needed.
- Located within 1.5 hours of Munich.
- Clean criminal record (mandatory for site access).
- A proactive approach to maintenance and service delivery.
