Are you an experienced Electronic Security Service Account Manager based in London, looking for a hybrid role where you can combine technical security knowledge with client relationship management? Technical Resources is recruiting for a skilled professional to manage key service accounts, carry out security design and surveys, and deliver high-quality electronic security solutions across the London area. You’ll be working for a well-established security provider delivering integrated solutions to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of electronic security service accounts across London

Carry out on-site surveys and security system assessments

Design and specify integrated security solutions, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms

Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical documentation

Liaise with internal teams, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery

Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact

Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts

Stay up to date with industry standards, compliance, and emerging technologies
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience in an account management or service management role within the electronic security industry

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems

Experience producing security designs, surveys, and quotations
-
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
Full UK driving licence
